How capacity is counted

Animal units, not species.

Plans are sized in active animal units. Sold, dead and archived animals don't count. A flock or pond is counted fairly, rounded up once per species, so splitting it into batches never costs more.

Is there a free trial?

No. Instead we show you the system with your own species in a demo or a guided walkthrough, so you know it fits before you pay.

What happens if I go over my limit?

Nothing breaks and nothing is deleted. You're warned at 80%, 90% and 100%. Going over starts a 14-day grace period in which you can keep adding animals (up to 20% over); after that, new animals wait until you add capacity from the Marketplace or move up a plan. Health, treatment, death, sale and transfer records always keep working.

Can I change plans later?

Yes. Moving up takes effect once confirmed. Moving down takes effect at your next renewal, as long as what you use fits the smaller plan. Your records stay exactly where they are.

Can I cancel?

Yes. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you've paid for. After that the account is read-only: you can still export your records and reports to CSV, Excel or PDF, and the owner can download a full copy of the company's data; records are kept for the periods our privacy policy describes.

Do I pay more for running several species?

Never. Every plan covers every species. Capacity is counted in animal units, so a flock of hens or a pond of fish is counted fairly.

Which currency am I charged in?

US dollars or Canadian dollars at the fixed prices shown. Prices don't move with exchange rates at renewal. For Nigeria, talk to us about NGN pricing and local payment options.

Do prices include tax?

No. Taxes may apply based on your billing location and are shown before you pay.
